The Great Milenko is the fourth of six "Joker Card" albums put out by the Insane Clown Posse. The Great Milenko is a necromancer and master of illusions, who tempts people into following a path of hedonism and evil for material comforts.

The Great Milenko, released in 1997, is perhaps the Insane Clown Posse's most popular album, as it was released at the time of the Hollywood records scandal. This album went platinum and features some of the ICP's most famous tracks, including "Hokus Pokus", "What is a Juggalo?," "Boogie Woogie Wu", "Halls of Illusions", and "The Neden Game."The original version of the cd did not include the neden game boogie woogie wu and under the moon
