Thermoacidophile

A thermoacidophile (combination of thermophile and acidophile) is an organism – a type of extremophile – which thrives in acidous, sulfur rich, high temperature enviroments. They prefer temperaturs of 70 - 80 °C, and pH between 2 and 3. Thermoacidophile live mostly in hot springs.

They are Archaebacteria.
