Torch Key, Florida

Torch Key consists of three islands - Little, Middle and Big Torch Keys. Little Torch is the most populated of the three. The origin of the "Torch" name is rumored to come from the Torchwood tree, which is found in the Florida Keys. The Torch Keys may be found just west of Big Pine Key, and about 25 miles east of Key West.
