Totnes railway station

Totnes railway station serves the towns of Totnes and Dartington in South Devon. A second station for the South Devon Railway situated to the North East, on the opposite bank of the River Dart and parallel to the main line. This opened in the 1990's and was named Totnes Riverside. It is accessed by a bridge over the river from the main station. Prior to this the South Devon steam trains were permitted to use the mainline station while their own was under construction. The station has 4 tracks with 2 platforms on the outer pair.
