A toy balloon is a hollow body abundance cash with gas that is produced mostly out of rubber, plastic or non-polluting nature rubber.

Filling

Form
Most toy balloons possess an oval form (round balloon). They also can be obtained in the shape of hearts, rabbits and other creative shapes. The form variety are set hardly boundary. Air balloons are used usually to the decoration in festivity or as an advertising medium.
Some toy balloons have metallizized surfaces. However these are not very common, because they can cause short circuits, if they come into the vicinity of insulators of overhead wires or powerlines.

Some foil balloons have a valve, and are therefore refillable, i.e. they can be used multiple times with different gas fillings.
Toy balloons are sold usually in not inflated condition in the game commodity trading. Especially on fairs and many other large festivalss, that are also for children problem-free available, air balloons with helium filling. Metallized toy balloons may not be sold because of the short circuit danger described above on most fairs.
Toy balloons are a popular toy. They can be used however also to the demonstration of the repulsion principle: to this the toy balloon is filled with air or an air-water-mixture and is released then at the opening. Through the repulsion of the getting out gas, the air balloon can reach an altitude of some meters. This kind of propulsion is used also in compressed air rockets and water rockets.
Toy balloons, that are filled with gases easier than an air, serve as a toy and in balloon competitions for sending balloon mails. They can be used also as easy usable starting aid for kites or for experiments with flying light effects.
Toy balloons play a role also in the film and in the poetry: a well known song of Nena is named 99 toy balloons, and in an Italian Krimi, gangsters disturb the police radio in that they secure a balloon salesman the balloons purchases and on that a jam transmitter for the police radio.
