A triopoly is a form of oligopoly where only three producers are present in a given market. The most well-known example of a triopoly is the provision of motorway service areas in the United Kingdom. With only a very small number of exceptions, all British motorway service areas are owned by Moto Hospitality, Welcome Break or RoadChef
