USA Weekend

USA Weekend is a Sunday newspaper supplement published since 1985 by the Gannett Company and distibuted both in Gannett-owned and non-Gannett papers. Its main competitor is Parade. USA Weekend focuses on soft celebrity news, exercise tips, recipes, and other light features material. It also features cartoons and jokes akin to those published in Reader's Digest. USA Weekend's nameplate resembles that of Gannett flagship publication USA Today. Marilyn Vos Savant and George Foreman are regular contributors to the publication.

The predecessor to USA Weekend was Family Weekly, begun in 1953.
