Uropsilus is genus of moles in the family Talpidae, the only genus in the family Urolopsinae.
Uropsilus consists of four species which are found in forested or alpine regions in China. They are similar to shrews in appearance. These animals tunnel but also forage on the surface in leaf litter.
They share the common name of shrew moles with the Japanese shrew moles (two species in the genus Urotrichus), and the American Shrew Mole, Neurotrichus gibbsii.
The list of species is:
- Anderson's Shrew Mole (Uropsilus andersoni)
- Gracile Shrew Mole (Uropsilus gracilis)
- Inquisitive Shrew Mole (Uropsilus investigator)
- Chinese Shrew Mole (Uropsilus soricipes)
