Welsh Fourth Channel Authority

The Welsh Fourth Channel Authority controls the S4C (Sianel Pedwar Cymru, Channel 4 Wales) television station. It is not connected to Ofcom, or any other regulator, and exists purely to ensure the quality of the country's Welsh language channel.
