Workers' Party (Turkey) (in Turkish: İşçi Partisi) is a left-wing political party in Turkey led by Doĝu Perinçek. İP has its roots in the Revolutionary Workers and Peasants Party of Turkey (TİİKP) and Workers and Peasants Party of Turkey (TİKP). İP has a very different line towards the Turkish nation state project than the rest of the Turkish left, and is generally seen as Left-Kemalist.

İP publishes Aydinlik, Teori and Bilim ve Utopya. They also run a TV-channel called Ulusal Kanal.

The youth wing of İP is known as Öncü Gençlik.
