The Working People's Alliance is a social democratic political party in Guyana. At the last elections, 19 March 2001, an alliance of the Guyana Action Party with the Working People's Alliance won 2.4% of the popular vote and 2 out of 65 seats.

WPA is the party of the historian Walter Rodney, who was assassinated during an election campaign in 1980.
