WrestleMania IX

From Freepedia

WrestleMania IX was a World Wrestling Federation pay-per-view held at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 4, 1993. The event was attended by 15,045 people.

It was considered by many wrestling fans as one of the worst WrestleManias, with short matches and too many storyline twists, and is the only WrestleMania to be inducted at Wrestlecrap. It was also the first WrestleMania to be held in an open-air venue, and the first WrestleMania without an American in the scheduled main event (at least in storyline terms; the main event featured the Canadian Bret Hart against Yokozuna, who was billed from Japan, but was actually a Samoan American from San Francisco).
