WrestleMania XV is the fifteenth annual WrestleMania pay-per-view event by World Wrestling Entertainment. The event was held at the First Union Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 28, 1999.

Hardcore Holly defeated Al Snow and Billy Gunn to become the new Hardcore Champion.

Tag-Team Champions Owen Hart and Jeff Jarrett defeated D'Lo Brown and Test to retain the Tag Team Championship.

Butterbean defeated Bart Gunn in a Brawl for All.

Mankind defeated The Big Show via disqualification.

Road Dogg defeated Ken Shamrock, Goldust and Val Venis in a Four Corners Elimination Match to retain the WWF Intercontinental Championship.

Kane defeated Triple H via disqualification.

Women's Champion Sable defeated Tori via pinfall.

European Champion Shane McMahon defeated X-Pac via pinfall.

The Undertaker defeated Big Boss Man in a Hell in a Cell Match

Stone Cold Steve Austin defeated The Rock to win the WWF Championship.

Trivia

• Steve Austin won the WWF Championship from the Rock, making him the first man to win the title at two consecutive WrestleMania events.
• The Hardcore Championship match at WrestleMania XV was the first match with Hardcore rules in WM history.
• WrestleMania XV marked the final WrestleMania appearances for Gorilla Monsoon and Owen Hart; both of whom would ultimately pass away in 1999.
