Development
After the completion of the F3 Freeway, Wyong has seen a major growth in its development. In it's suburbs of Blue Haven, Warnervale, Wadalba and Tuggerah their locations close to the F3 have made them the emphasis of development in the area, there has also been some minor developments in Lake Munmorah, San Remo and Charmhaven.
Due to the sudden growths in population, local shopping centres have been redeveloped to hold much higher capacities to cope with the demand. A Business park (Which is the home of the Sanitarium Health Food Company and NBN central coast), a Westfield shopping city and a Homemakers super centre have also opened up in the past decade with Westfield and Homemakers getting redeveloped just recently to keep up with the demand.
The Entrance, once known for being a quiet town which sees the Pacific Ocean flow into the Tuggerah Lakes System, has seen alot of development in the past decade, multiple Apartment buildings have sprung up and the CBD and Waterfront district have also had a face lift.
